Servicing Information

Things to know about our servicing:

- At The Fitzroy Revolution we offer same day servicing for all bikes booked in advance, subject to all parts being available.
- Bikes can be dropped off anytime without a booking, however, same day servicing cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Procedure:

- We recommend for our customers to call in advance to arrange for their bike to be serviced. Bookings can be made for all weekdays, to do this please call the team in the workshop on (03) 9419 4397 or email them at workshop@fitzroyrevolution.com.au.
- If for a particular reason servicing must occur on a Saturday, the labour charge rates are one and a half times the weekday amount, and bookings are essential.
- All booked bikes should be dropped in before 10:00am on the day of the booking or, can be dropped off any day prior.
- All bikes left longer than 7 days from expected pickup will be charged a $2 a day storage fee.
- All bikes left longer than 30 days from expected pickup will no longer be the responsibility of The Fitzroy Revolution and may be sold to recoup costs.
