Rock Shox
RockShox became part of the SRAM family after it was bought by the company in February 2002. RockShox was among the first companies in the industry to present a fork suspension.
The world of bike suspension was revolutionised in 1987 when Paul Turner, a Honda motocross race mechanic and Keith Bontrager, a bicycle frame manufacturer, turned up to the Bicycle industry's Premier trade show in Long Beach , California, with a full suspension bicycle. The crowds were cynical but by 1989, Turner and his wife Christi, were manufacturing front suspension forks out of their garage, finding parts from friend - Steve Simon's machine shop. Soon the Turner's and Simons formed a partnership and created what is known today as: RockShox.
At The Fitzroy Revolution we stock a selection of both RockShox Forks and Rear Shocks.
