Have you suffered any serious injuries cycling? Describe what and how: There has been the cracked rib, plenty of bruises and cuts.  Split elbow (each side from different rides) and more recently while showing some roadies my wonderful technical MTB skills a cut stomach from falling on a small tree stump and spraining my thumb!  Classy, what more is that Hayden managed to catch the whole thing on camera!

Describe your greatest cycling achievement to date:
3rd at the Preston Mountain Classic 2010
6th National MTB round 1 XCO – Hobart 09/10
4th National MTB round 2 XCC (short track) – Shepparton 09/10

Describe your worst race or cycling experience:
The 3 marathon events I tried to complete last year.  With a crash, major mechanical and going the wrong way – wither was I did not finish one race.

Describe your favourite race:

Racing in a mixed pair against one of my closets friends, for the first 6 laps each team member came back with the other team member – we just had to keep going until she ran out of legs!  I also managed to pick up fastest female lap!

And of course sneaking up on Erica at a VIC State Round a few years ago to sprint for 2nd place (she wasn’t happy J)
