Our Policy on Refunds and Returns

The Fitzroy Revolution will only provide a refund for goods returned with a proof of purchase and if the goods:

· were not of merchantable quality at the time of purchase;

· were not fit for the purpose or job that the consumer described or not fit for the good's self-evident purpose or job;

· do not match any description or sample given to the consumer whether in promotional material, over the phone, in person, on a website or on labelling or packaging;

· or were not free from defects and faults at the time of purchase.

The Fitzroy Revolution may exchange returned goods for other goods or store credit only if:

· proof of purchase is supplied with the returned goods;

· the goods are returned in reasonable condition;

· and the goods are returned within a reasonable period of time.
