Bicycle Victoria
Bicycle Victoria is all about more people, more often, getting out there on a bike. It is an organisation owned and funded by its community of cycle enthusiast members. Founded in 1975, Bicycle Victoria and participants have since dedicated themselves to providing a greater cycling infrastructure and an improved network for riders.
With the help of volunteers and over 40, 000 members across Australia of all different skill levels, Bicycle Victoria run Great Rides; events which promotes fitness, fun and an opportunity to make new cycling friends.
Members of bicycle Victoria benefit from Australia's best crash insurance, great deals and a bi-monthly colour magazine. The organisation has also established behaviour change programs to promote education about cycling and the environment, by encouraging riding to work or school.
