WHO ARE THEY?

The Spin Room aim to target cyclists regardless of gender, age and ability who are looking to improve their lifestyle through increased fitness and strength training from Cycling.

The Spin Room deliver a high level of professional service in indoor cycling.

By providing fully qualified and highly motivated instructors within a technical and modern environment The Spin Room is an awesome training venue.

The Spin Room use instructors that are passionate about cycling and involved in the community and communicate that to the client through their classes.

Currently operating from 3 locations, Preston, North Fitzroy and  Banana Alley, Melbourne CBD.

Both the North Fitzroy and Banana Alley site's are complete with state of the art Wattbikes as used by leading athletes and the Australian Institute of Sport.

The Wattbike is designed to not only to provide all the benefits of an indoor trainer but also teach and perfect a cyclists pedal stroke by using a built in polar graph and magnets in the cranks that record every pedal rotation.

Further benefits include measuring power/Watts, kilometres per hour and recording average rpm.
The Spin room is currently the nations largest Wattbike group exercise facility.


GROUP BOOKINGS

In addition to the permanent timetable The Spin Room can also cater for group bookings. Be it cycling clubs wanting to indulge in an indoor crit style session to the local football team wanting a solid strength workout.

Group bookings can also be tied in with download of information from the training session if required for further analysis of each attendee

Minimum numbers per booking apply, discounts for larger groups offered.
